I toured Spring Arbor of Crofton. What I like least is the distance from family and the medical care that we've already established. What I like best is that it has a very nice campus. There are lots of outdoor spaces to assist the seniors around. There are lots of activities. The residents appeared to be engaged. It was more of an apartment-studio style, so residents were able to personalize more. We are looking at assisted living and being able to go into memory care. If I choose them, they have to come out …

We are very pleased with Spring Arbor. My mom has a one bedroom. The rooms are large enough for almost all her furniture. This has made it really feel like home. The bathroom is very large as well. The staff is very polite and friendly. They know everyone's name! They serve 3 meals a day with choices at each meal. There is a kitchenette area in the apartment with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and cabinet space. Nurses are on duty 24/7 and manage all medications. Family members are always welcome and there are man…

I have been to Spring Arbor of Crofton to see their memory care for my father. I was actually given a tour twice, and my experience was very positive. The people there were very welcoming and forthcoming with the information. I like how it seems very comfortable and welcoming. The facility itself appears to be very clean and organized. Spring Arbor exceeded our expectation in every way. My father is now living his best life, his mood, endurance, and overall quality of his life have improved. The staff is kind compassionate. The facility is top-notch clean and provides all his needs. Being a healthcare provider and RN for 33 years I know quality when I see it.
