★★★★★
PositiveWe enjoyed the tour, the staff was welcoming and independent apartment size is what we needed.

PositiveOverall, our experience has been very positive. We had a few issues at the beginning, but we brought them to the director’s attention, and everything was worked out. We are very happy with the staff, care, activities, food, cleanliness, and room. The staff has been wonderful, and everyone is very friendly. My mom also says, “Everyone is very friendly and the food is good.” I would definitely recommend the community to others.

PositiveWe were very happy with our experience with Spring Arbor of Severna Park. We would rate all 8 categories a 5. However, my father-in-law was only there for 3 months. Staff were always friendly and went the extra mile to assist my father-in-law with everyday issues with his phone, etc. [name removed]was extremely helpful and caring especially when my father-in-law took a turn for the worse and needed hospice. The transition was seamless.
★★★★★

Then they all left but we had no ideas of the "rules" of the facility. Like what time are meals, are family allowed to join for meals, how do we change his doctor over, do we need to sign in and ou…

PositiveI visited Spring Arbor of Severna Park. The associate, Brent, was very, very friendly and very thorough in his tour and explanation, and the place was beautiful. The studios were small. The upkeep of the place was adequate. The dining area was adequate, nothing that stood out as good, as exceptional, and nothing bad at all. It was just fine. There was enough parking space.

PositiveSpring Arbor of Severna Park's assisted living was beautiful. It had very nice staff, and it was very clean and well-kept. The staff was friendly, very kind, knowledgeable, and seemed to have a strong compassion for helping seniors. During the tour, they had someone come out and welcome me and my daughter, and offered if we wanted to drink anything. They had punch, coffee, and various beverages. The accommodations were very nicely structured, and they had a lot of different areas where you could sit and meet w…
