My my wife has been in the Spring Valley memory care since May of this year. The staff are very, very kind and very, very efficient. I find that the food is very, very good, and the services are very, very good as well. At this time, the administration is going through some changes and look like changes for the better. PositiveMy husband was a temporary resident of your facility. He said it was good, but would have rather been home. He had a recliner in his room, but it wouldn't recline because they couldn't find the cord adapter to plug it in. He will probably be coming back in Sept for another 2 week stay. Hopefully he will have a recliner that works. I was very impressed with how fast I was able to get him into the facility.
