Springview Adult Care Center

We only have a few minutes of experience when touring to base the review off of, and it may have just been bad timing, but we did not choose this community. It smelled of urine when you walked in, and there was a man calling for help with diarrhea running down his leg, and the worker kept saying hold on, I'll be right there, hold on. We decided they had enough on their hands in that moment, and left.

Adequate Care But That's All

Overall care was adequate. The staff genuinely tries to take good care of residents. However, friendly interaction was almost non-existent between residents. Group activities are non-existent. Meals are prepared by the CNA on duty and are usually nothing special. The detail orientation of the administration is poor. Tax and insurance paperwork needed from the administrator are generally late and incomplete.

This is a nice spacious residential house that is so inviting. Like visiting my brother as we have several areas to share and have privacy.
