I visited this facility

St. Anthony's Gardens was very nice. I toured their independent living community, and it was very neat, very clean, and newer. The apartments were beautiful. The facility was very pretty and very well done. The person who gave the tour was very friendly. She knew all of the people there and would speak to them as we moved along.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I like the room that my friend has at St. Anthony's Gardens. We've made it look very homey for her. It has a window and a nice bathroom for somebody that is wheelchair-bound or needs a walker. They have wonderful daily activities. If someone likes to participate they would be very, very happy with that. Sometimes I'm disappointed in, the staff members that are physically able to help get the food out to the residents. I am/was a resident of this facility

Will be here a year in May. Overall decent, nice. Some very nice residents and staff. Better if one is hard of hearing to live here. I find that the walls, floors/ceilings and doors lack sufficient soundproofing. Overall, I do very much like my apartment. Also, if one is a very devout Catholic helps (I'm not). Age group is mostly 75 years range and, mostly, over. CommCare Corp., who recently bought StAG, is still working-out bugs and needs to modernize in many ways in my opinion.

Overall good community

The facility is good, the community is friendly. There is a large variety of activities to choose from.

I did not like this community. It was just not the right environment for us. The location was okay but it is right near a hospital and we felt like this would make it a little busy. The place was nice and suitable but the apartment seemed smaller. They also did not have a garden area or any time of outside entertainment that me and my husband would have been to enjoy.

I had a good tour with St. Anthony's and felt that they had a lot to offer. It was close in comparison to the other facilities that I was looking into.
