Did not meet expectations for his level if care needed. Wish he had more outdoor activity. Some staff went above and beyond however such as [name removed]. Every time I visited I did his laundry because no system to help him distinguish clean from dirty clothing. No assistance with laying out clean clothes for the day, making sure he brushed his teeth. Because he could perform these things on his own, no consistent oversight given to him to get these things done. Find that he was out of toilet tissue which was kept…

The room wasn't cleaned when we arrived but the staff did an good job cleaning in a short time frame. The room is small for 2 people but we downsize the furniture to make it work for a roommate. The staff all have been really helpful, pleasant, respectful, and professional. My sis really enjoys the food. Some days you come to the building and there's a odor other times not bad smells. The room never smells. Enjoy the staff going above to fold clothes and put them in the room.
