Quality of Care some groups are very good and some shouldn't even be there. Getting you great after that you pretty much don't have any inner actions with them. They watch a lot of TV in common area. Value for money is overrated.

We chose Sterling ridge for the value of the facility. The entire site was spotlessly clean. All workers from the entry to her caregivers were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were skeptical about having our mom go there because the surrounding neighborhood is not desirable, but once you walk in, all of your apprehensions are calmed. Highly recommended facility.

CriticalIt wasn't horrible, but wasn't great.
Our stay was very short, 3 weeks. It wasn't horrible it wasn't great. Huge delay in response time for call button felt there was a care taker shortage. Most were very pleasant and caring. The smell was not appealing. I wasn't impressed with the cleaning but it wasn't horrible.

PositiveRelief during a hard time!
I would have to give them a 5. They have gone beyond the call of duty, helping my mom and getting the things that she needs. I would recommend them to others. They are one of only two facilities (in the Las Vegas area) that offer all-inclusive at a reasonable price. They also work well with hospice and other medical needs.
