Disappointed that it isn't what we were sold it to be so far

It was the least expensive. Haven't been impressed so far. They are supposed to cleaning his room and his toilet was filthy yesterday and he's only been in a week. Apartment is a good size but bathroom is way too far away from where the place for a bed is

Feels Like Home!

First Impression on arrival - very friendly and accommodating staff. Very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Gave me a great tour of the place. I really appreciated that I was actually shown 2 apartments that I could choose as my selection, and I liked the 1st apartment, which was completely remodeled, 2 bedrooms, which was nice for me, and my family. Funny thing - after the tour - we liked it so much, we signed the lease in the same day!! My son came to sit in as the director explained the lease, an…

Love what you see and Feel

I have friends who have tried other communities, but they always come back home to storypoint. Ive been here for 5 years and I really enjoy living in my home. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous; the interior is well cared for and the staff and residents here are all so wonderful. I can't say enough about our leader. I feel blessed to be a part of this family.
