Moving in on [date removed]. Interview and signing the lease went very well. all were extremely kind. I was very impressed and felt welcomed. The person who give me the tour was well knowledgeable. The person who went over the lease with me was friendly and funny.

I love my cottage – but it's getting quite expensive. My rent just went up [Amount Removed] more a month. The staff is wonderful and they do so much to try to keep people involved and active. Every month they plan new activities for the residence – including music, art, exercise classes, etc. They print monthly newsletters, including pictures, etc. which makes it interesting for everyone. The dining room serves pretty good food and a nice balance. Many choices if you do not like the main course.

I visited this facility

I have chosen StoryPoint Grand Rapids West. It was very nice. I like it because my sister lives in the area. They were remodeling the apartments, so they're all very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very pleasant. They have activities and chair exercises. The dining area was very nice. I only had lunch there, so I don't know what else they'd have, but it seems like the food is good. The staff also showed me the remodel ones on the second floor, but I wanted the rooms on the first floor.

We toured StoryPoint Grand Rapids West. It had multiple things to do to keep you busy, and they're redoing the rooms. It was very clean. It didn't smell. The dining room is set up like a restaurant. They wait on you. It just fit what I was looking for. I had said to my son, "If we walk into one of these places and they smell, I'm turning around and walking right out." This has a beauty salon and a barbershop, and it has a bus that's part of the home, and it goes within like 15 miles. T…
