The tour was fine. I saw available units, as well as common use parts of the facility. The person who spoke with me and escorted me thru the facility was informative. It seems like an acceptable place.

The staff was great at showing us around and explaining what the facility has to offer our aunt. We are looking for an answer back on if the facility can support dietary needs from our doctor and with the Chef at your location. We hope it will be a great fit.

I visited this facility

It was nicely decorated with a good layout. The staff was perfect: very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. There was a bigger refrigerator, which was a plus, and counter space, so that was good.

The facility itself was clean, and well maintained. Almost everyone we met was friendly and had a smile on their face. I will say the apartments themselves were a bit smaller than a previous community I had toured but well layed out and the cost was comparable.

We had all of our questions answered. Our guide was quite informative and helpful. We were impressed with the facilities and programs. But one negative was th the location of the condos. Both times we have visited l got quite wet due to a heavy rain. And I thought how miserable it would be in winter. Mostly Iwas very impressed, but the condos' location might be an inconvenience.

My Dad’s experience at Highgrove

We had to get my dad out of an apartment and into assisted living in Short order last summer. From the moment I walked into Highgrove and met [Name Removed], it was a wonderful experience. The entire staff from Highgrove treated him and my family and his friends is that we were family. Unfortunately, he passed away Saturday and the last month was under a combination of Hospice supervision and private assistance that we used to overlay the wonderful medical care coverage provided by them.
