Strive at Fern Park

My mother moved to Strive in October 2025 after a stroke on her 92nd birthday. The staff was extremely welcoming to her (even decorated her room with a welcome sign and balloons for her birthday). She has been receiving excellent medical care and assistance from the kind staff and has nothing but positive things to say about the facility. I toured Strive at Fern Park. It was very much what we were looking for. The gentleman who gave us the tour was very thorough in explaining things. He took us to the whole building and showed us the room that my dad would most likely be staying in for two weeks. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I wish I had placed my Aunt here earlier, but just happy she is here now! From the front desk, to the admissions dept to the nurse in charge of memory care and all of the nursing assistants, I have never witnessed an environment in a memory care unit that shows such respect, compassion and competence. They are outstanding! I would highly recommend this place if looking for a clean, safe and well organized facility for your loved one.

Sanctuary at The Strive of Fern Park, Fl.

My Mother-in-law was the second resident to walk through their doors when they opened in 2020. I can not express enough how happy we were with the facility and the staff. She passed away on Saturday and even then, the staff went 200% above and beyond to support us. We were so blessed to have chosen the Strive at Fern Park for her. Thank you each and everyone of you from the receptionist to the nursing staff for your continued love and support my mother-in-law received.

Staff, esp in DRoom poorly trained!

Disappointing - esp. with sky high tuition! And misc. add=on charges! Staff need more thorough training, esp. in Dining Room! [name removed] at Front Desk weekdays does great job - very welcoming

This facility may look great at first glance, but they are under staffed! My mom would get frequent UTI's and I would ask for her to be tested and it wouldn't get done. Several times we had to take her to urgent care just to get her tested and on medication. The Doctors group that goes to this facility is not very attentive either. The staff cuts corners just to get by. We saw a some things going on that were safety issues. The Director of Nursing seems nice, but again, being understaffed he would never r…
