PositiveI visited and toured the facility in preparation for a family member. My Aunt will soon be needing around the clock care. This facility was suggested to me by a close friend. His Mother was a resident at time. She has since passed away. Upon my arrival my initial greeting was awesome. Very friendly Receptionist. I got to meet the care team and all my questions and concerns were answered. I was very impressed with the whole atmosphere of the facility. PositiveFrom the consistent warm greetings I get from the receptionist when I call the nursing home to the compassionate DON Christina, Administrator, and staff that have made enduring this pandemic easier, Sugarland Healthcare Center is one of the best. PositiveI am so very grateful to the staff at The Sugar Land Health Care Center (Rose, Angie, April, Mary, etc.) for the excellent care they are providing for my brother, Richard, especially during these difficult times! I have been able to see and visit with him, thanks to Rose and her Ipad, and I can tell he is getting everything he needs! This facility deserves an award for the caring attention they provide, and for their outstanding response during this pandemic.
