THIS FACILITY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. If you are considering Summerfield Suites for someone you love, get every promise in writing before signing or paying anything. Before admission, we clearly explained that my mother required complete assistance with transfers, dressing, toileting, and memory care. We were assured they could meet her needs. On her very first night, her call button did not work, leaving her unable to call for the assistance she needed. The following morning, I personally witnessed over FaceTime as sh…

Do not EVER put your loved one in this facility!! The lack of care is heartbreaking. Even after speaking with Director and head of nursing multiple times, nothing changed. They are under staffed and what staff they do have is constantly changing. Very poorly managed and no empathy for the elderly. Horrible facility!

This facility has gone down hill. They no longer supply 24hr nursing care. They are extremely understaffed at all times. Residents are left with little to no daily care.

The community does not provide documents and or invoices in a timely manner. The staff can seem frustrated with our loved ones. Memory care is not what we expected and they seem to not be able to be patient enough to take care of our loved ones. I would not recommend this community to anyone.

Mom lived here for six years during her journey through Alzheimer’s. The care was excellent. The staff treated her as if she were their own mother. Do not hesitate to move your loved one here!
