My mom lives with us and we selected Summit View Terrace for respite stay while my family went out of town. Sadly, my mom and I were taken in by Summit's façade when we were researching and visiting assistive living facilities. There were hints that this place was not what it seemed after seeing dead bugs on the floor of her room, questionable sheets, and a dirty bathroom before I dropped her off to go on vacation. Maintenance staff was not great, they did not respond in a timely manner. Food was terrible. It was a very clean community. Had very poor activities. Over priced.They do not at any time accept any type of public pay options, only private pay.
