PositiveParent's experience
Good- staff is always friendly. Not so great is the response time to get assistance. 911 got there quicker than the staff when help was needed at night. Food choices could be better. The written menu doesn't always correspond to the actual menu. Desserts are good Activities - ok. Haven't participated in many. Would be nice if non ambulatory patients were "picked" up in order to participate. Facilities- large rooms and balconies are very nice.

Sunflower Springs was an exceptional facility in comparison to the other 2 facilities we had my mother at over the past 10 years. She was met with a caring staff that constantly went above and beyond.

Beautiful clean facility but the administrators will lie to you they promised a fee of [removed]a month at the second month it turned into [removed] the third month and turn to [removed] there are a bunch of liars I promise you if you bring your loved one there you'll be very disappointed all they want to do is bleed all their money out of their checking account. Do yourself a favor take your loved one to a much better facility that you can trust!

We are so glad that we found Sunflower Springs. It really is a lovely place for my sister to live. She loves it. Her apartment is really nice. She always enjoys her dining room experience. And all of the activities keep her busy and social. We feel fortunate to be here.
