Good price, nice place

We have looked a long time for something affordable for my mother. We don't have money to pay so she relys on her social security. My mom has been there now 6 months and feel it's still the best value for her money. We feel good about where she is knowing that people check in on her and she has community.

We are satisfied with this building. It doesn't offer a ton, but it's very affordable and us in our price range. We can always add amenities when we can afford more. Huge apartment clean, very clean. No weird smells.

My mother lived at this apartment complex 3 years ago. She was in bad shape but we couldn't afford a rest home. The managers and owners wife came in daily to clean carpet, bedding, and feed my mother. She passed away eventually but have always recommended this place because they do care about the people who live here, and offer it at a price that social security can afford.

Fantastic place

Love this place! My mom lives here and we have been nothing but impressed. It's a independent facility, but my mom still gets regular visits to make sure she's ok, and meals each day. I live knowing that she is ok , when I can't be in town to see her. The price is sooo affordable and worth it to make sure my mom is checked in on daily but allows her to have her independence. Thank you, who ever open this stunning building. Outside is not so pretty but inside is gorgeous.

I live at this building. I have been here since it opened 5 years ago. I am very impressed by the amount if work the owner dies to make sure every is taken care of. There was a guy who came to do maintenance and didn't do a good job, I kept an eye in him and told the owner he wasn't doing the work he was supposed to be doing. I think he is the one who keeps putting bad reviews of owner. But coming from someone who lives here I like it, I like the owner, I like the price.
