CriticalThe rooms are nice, the facility is clean and the staff is nice. The food service, however, has gone down substantially since the acquisition of Sunrise. The selection options are poor, the service is poor and the quantity of food is small. They run out of options frequently and it has taken up to an hour or more to get served.. There is also an issue with the temperature control systems in the rooms, where the set point changes on its own where it can become extremely hot or cold. Management could be more responsi…

The food selection is poor, the service is poor and the quantity if food is sometimes unacceptable. I have personally waited over an hour to get served and this happens to the residents frequently. They also run out of selections often. The rooms are nice but the HVAC is a real problem. The set point on the thermostat changes on its own. My parents usually set the thermos…

CriticalCommunications are terrible. Staff complains about the patients. Patients are not being turned in bed. Food is awful. They just sold out to another company, so hopefully things improve.

PositiveEverything at the Sheridan is top notch. They get back to emails timely, the facility is very clean and my dad is thriving there.
★★★★★
PositiveI visited the assisted living facility. I like the outdoor garden area and the enclosed courtyard that was accessible to the residents. The cleanliness is also very good. The person who gave the tour was very knowledgeable. This is the best of all the places we went. The apartments are very large, with high ceilings and lovely windows. I like the kitchenette with the little table and full size refrigerator. I also like the bath.

Positive[name removed] took is on a tour and was very thorough. She put our minds at ease that Sheridan was a great choice and provided incentives that would make the transition from the other facility seamless.
