Staff-everyone was pleasant and tried to be helpful. However, I am in A hard neck collar because of a fracture. I don't believe any of the staff, including the nurse had dealt with this before that resulted in me having to do some teaching.(I'm an RN). I did not have any PT and OT the entire time I was there. My room was in a two bed suite, one bathroom bathroom and one kitchen. The person in the other room had taken over all bathroom space all kitchen space all refrigerator space. She evidently had been there by …

PositiveHas everything Im looking for. Meets my needs for my mother in law. The location is convenient to the family. People seem very friendly. The bathtique is a plus for my family member. We are planning on putting down a deposit this week. This decision is not easy but Sunrise feels like the right fit for our family.

My loved one was only at Sunrise for eleven days ([dates remoed] ), during which her condition rapidly deteriorated to the point that her needs exceeded what Sunrise could reasonably provide, and she was moved to a hospice care facility. PositiveVery friendly staff and a warm, welcoming building
The most impressive aspects were the attractive interior and the people that I dealt with. I have no basis to evaluate the food. The unfortunate part of my experience -- and this is not the fault of Sunrise -- is how quickly my mother's condition deteriorated to the point where it exceeded the ability of Sunrise to provide for her. (She was there for only eleven days, then we moved her to hospice care.)

What made it a positive experience: The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The environment itself was inviting and home-like, with beautiful living rooms, a charming wraparound porch, and thoughtfully designed outdoor spaces.
