Staff extended us tremendous support and coordination on every detail for a smooth evaluation, move in, transfer of administration of Dad's prescriptions, and his most important activity - playing bridge. The coordination of daily wellness checks, apartment cleaning, laundry, and meal options have made for a wonderful experience during a challenging transition.

We really like Sunrise and it has been a very nice place for Mom. They have had some serious staffing problems since we've been there; they lost the first marketing person that we met and loved very soon after we got there. They've lost their fabulous activity director, who was so instrumental in making Mom feel comfortable and welcome. We've had issues communicating with the business office. If they could get their staffing issues figured out, it would be so perfect. The staff they have left work very hard whereve…
