Beware, dishonest and untrustworthy, owner never refunded my money.

My husband was a resident and I paid monthly on time. I paid a month ahead and my husband passed away at the end of the month. I collected all his belonging and donated the rest. He died at the end of August and I prepaid for services in September. The owner agreed that she would refund me for September and would mail me a check. 3 weeks pass and I saw no check, so I called again but owner would not answer phone. Not Happy

im not happy with sunahine house the owner will keep your money when your loveone passes away. I had to go to state of Maryland for help.

the help is wonderful they care food is great. the oner not so careing my love one pass away there all she cares about is money .

I'm not happy with it. Very disappointing.

I'm not happy with it. It has two gentlemen there, my loved one included. I feel he is very isolated, not much staff or resident interaction. They don't get him up to be alert and socialize, and they always leave the door closed, or just barely open. It's very nice looking, but it's not what I was used to, or what I expected. I have to supply everything, and they are very specific about what you have to supply, what brands, and types of things. It's boring there is nobody to talk to. Just very disappointing.
