PositiveOverall, I would recommend
The staff is great, very friendly and caring. The facility is always clean, and there are no smells. They offer a lot of activities and entertainment. My mom is happy there! She says this is a nice place. The rooms are great! Nice size with a small kitchen area with a little window out to the hallway. It feels like home. Big windows for natural light and a private full bathroom.

They were welcoming, kind and patient with my Mom. It was clean, the food was very good, they had lots of activities and some outings for the residents. They adjusted their care based on what my Mom needed daily, and were very receptive to my suggestions and concerns. The care was very good; they were attentive and comforting for my Mom. The staff is very responsive to any issues or perceived problems. All issues, even complex ones, were resolved quickly and efficiently. The staff seem to actually enjoy their work. My wife is very comfortable at Symphony and I am very pleased with the overall experience.
