Reasonable rates in comparison to other facilities I've looked at. Personnel very friendly. I understand rules and regulations, however; individual needs need to be better evaluated. For example locking up toothpaste. Would staff make themselves available to provide the toothpaste twice a day for oral hygiene? And hygiene in general helping with changing of clothes when soiled, on backwards or inside out. And sticking with scheduled days for showering.

My parents moved to the memory care facility of Symphony at Olmsted Falls, and we chose it because it specializes in dementia care. Their apartment there is very homey. Every member of the staff, from the kitchen crew to the maintenance staff, is friendly with the residents. They acknowledge them, and they look them in the eye and speak to them as they pass by. They have a very active activity calendar and encourage residents to be involved. Their food is outstanding. Everything is freshly prepared in their kitchen…
