There have been some issues here and there- staff turnover (including the executive director), laundry issues and food issues. Laundry- mystery stains on my parent's clothes that weren't there before. Food- running out of food options on certain days. But overall, we're pretty happy with their care. The nursing staff is great. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.

We toured Tanglewood Trace. We had an appointment scheduled for a tour, and we got there. The person who was supposed to give us our tour was too busy to give us our tour, so she had a maintenance man come and finish it and give it to us, which didn't sit very well with me. He showed us the dining area, but we didn't walk there. He just showed us which way it was. He showed us a two-bedroom apartment and a one-bedroom apartment. The facility seemed clean from what we saw.
