CriticalExperience at Tendernest
My loved one was previously a resident at Tendernest before we moved him to a different facility. The caregivers tried to do the best job that they could, but their management made it incredibly difficult to do so. They could not provide the care needed for my loved one. They are severely understaffed and management does not give their staff the support or tools to be successful. Ultimately, we moved my loved one to a different facility and it was truly a night and day difference.
