Reason for responses: The only elevator has been broken for a couple months, tv reception poor but they're working on it, resident rooms are cleaned as they should be and meal times are a suggestion ie lunch should be served at 1130 but you're luck it you get it by 1. Seems to be a recent significant turnover in staff which has left the facility short handed and it shows. Overall I'm satisfied with the facility but with the current conditions such as short staffing, elevator outage poor food quality and delays in s…

My sister has been there since[Date Removed] so only about six weeks. I have found nothing to complain about. The staff are attentive to my sister and alert me of any concerns. The facility has been renovated and now has all new lovely furniture. I visit my sister almost daily, at different times so I see the interaction of staff with other residents as well. I am so pleased they had room for her in memory care and she seems perfectly content.

They have changed owners, and the new name is Terra Belle . The common areas are very nice and very well appointed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are not prepared to deal with anyone who needs a lot of medical intervention. Their staff seems to be very fluid with people coming and going. Sometimes there's not enough staff to do the job. They were going through a transition when my mom was there. Services were poor the first 3-5 days then were much better. Nothing stands out as exceptional. Staff were friendly but I can't recommend Terra Bella based on our experience.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incompetent When we moved out there was urine stained sheets, mattress pad and mattress [name removed] arrived there on [date removed] either a stage 1 bedsore (per tiarra). Three weeks later she was admitted for debridement for a stage 4 bedsore and was sent to skilled nursing where she is now

The main problem is the shortage of staff, but I think most of them have that problem. They don't pay them enough. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience.
