PositiveThe Addison of Logan Place
We recently moved our mom to Addison of Logan Place, and I can say with confidence that she’s safe and well cared for. The staff are genuinely loving and kind. They look after our mom as if she were their own. I want to give a special shout out to [names removed]. Then there are [name removed] and [name removed] some residents that are her friends. She loves all the activities and the meals created by the chef. Thanks again to everyone at The Addison of Logans Place.

PositiveThe facility was very inviting and had interesting activities. Talking with the chef, it was nice to find out that the meals were cooked fresh, not prepackaged. The only complaint we had was they did not seem to be expecting us, and the employee who hosted us was not able to answer all of our questions. However she apologized, and did suggest we call and speak to the director the next day. To be fair, we toured on a holiday.

With very limited experience, I would give 3 stars overall. He's only been there for one month, and with that at the hospital for 2 of the 4 weeks, yet they did a 30 assessment and raised the price by $[removed]per month. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room is on the smaller size but adequate. Could use more activities on the weekends for the residents.

PositiveThe Addison was clean. Rooms were quaint and not institutional. Employees appeared happy. Beautiful courtyard. Well managed. Could definitely see my mother here. Not a large facility. Had a homey feeling that made feel welcome.

PositiveThe woman I meet with was very nice, informative and helpful. I felt like she really cared about my loved one and her situation. The facilty was homey, clean and offered everything necessary for a person to live there. The studio rooms were beautiful, large and offered a kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom area and walkin shower bathroom. A very pleasant and homelike facility.
