Loved the layout of the dining room

Visited my brother [name removed] and he was eating his lunch which looked delicious. The staff was present the whole time with the residents which thought was awesome! Someone came to visit and see the resemblance between us both and new we were related.

Addison was very clean and attractive facility. There was a lot of smiling faces of residents and workers. Would be a good place for my wife.

The Addison

I would get each area a 4. Except for administration. They were helpful but could not keep up with their accounting practices. I would have to give them a one. It's just the accounting. They would bill you inaccurately. When you would challenge them. They would agree that it was done inaccurately and the charges would disappear. But then 2 months later the charges would be back. And then they would insist that you owe those charges. It's the way they do the helping hands the way they add them and subtract them base…

The staff was courteous and professional. The environment was notably welcoming, and the premises were maintained in an above average state of cleanliness. Residents looked comfortable and relaxed Staff to patient interaction was great

The Addison Review

The only negative was that they do not have a nurse on staff 24 hours a day. We were given the impression that they did have 24 hour nursing care. This did not affect the care that my sister received, but it did affect reimbursement from her long-term care insurance.

Very happy with our choice

Great facility and people. Quality medical care- Dr, dermatologist,RNs, PT on site. Salon as well.
