The staff was very helpful and [name removed] was well taken care of. The beginning of our stay was delayed because I did not have the correct doctors signature & paperwork. I feel the need for this info could have been communicated to me a little earlier. If so, we could have spent more time at auberge. I was disappointed that someone refilled all her medication unnecessarily - when I sent with her enough medication for the duration of the stay. At this time, I wouldn't recommend this facility. While there are some caring, dedicated staff members who genuinely make a difference, the facility often seems to be understaffed. As a result, the staff who are working frequently appear overwhelmed, which seems to affect the overall level of care. The food quality has been inconsistent, although I appreciate that fresh fruit is usually available at breakfast. PositiveExcellent facility with lots of open space and multiple outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and obviously focused on the health and well-being of their residents. Rooms were spacious and well designed. Facility was clean and well-maintained. We loved the overall look and feel of the facility. We were very impressed overall and feel this facility would be a great option for our loved one.
