CriticalI am extremely disappointed with my experiences with "The Commons of Hilltop". I highly recommend considering alternatives, there are many excellent residencies and 24hr care facilities in the area with stellar reputations and ratings, superior support and better long-term health management solutions at much more reasonable rates. Do your homework.

PositiveMy brother-in-law was a resident of The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. The place was very nice. It's not quite as warm and inviting, slightly more sterile in its colors and look, but very nicely furnished. The staff is wonderful, and the food is fabulous. There were other activities, and the rest of it was all very good. They have a two-bedroom with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a shower included, so it was very comfortable but a little pricey.

PositiveI felt that The Commons of Hilltop had a fantastic assisted living. I like that they had lots of activities available and that they had really good transportation for going and doing things. They had a lot of good variety for the rooms. They had beautiful views, and they're nicely set up and well maintained. The staff who gave the tour did a great job of highlighting all of the options available. She did a nice job of following up and making sure that we knew exactly what we needed and who to talk to about eve…

PositiveWe went to look at The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. But all they had available was a studio, and the fact that my stepmother would have to walk a long way to go smoke was not going to work. The facility was very clean and well-kept. The staff was nice. She wasn't as knowledgeable as the lady who probably would have been there because it was the weekend. If we had any questions, we were going to have to call back, but she showed us around.

PositiveI went to The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. Everyone was so friendly and they showed us everything they had, took us to every floor, and showed us a room. It's a nice place with wonderful people. I think my mom would have been happy there. All they had available was a studio, but it had just been freshly painted with new carpet on the floor. Everything was very clean. It was very well laid out. It had a bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was nice. They have a room that has a pool table, a poker table, an…

PositiveWe got a chance to tour The Commons of Hilltop Assisted Living. That's a beautiful facility, and it's large. My sister and I could have gotten lost there. It's beautiful and modern, but it's just too big, especially when my parents are starting to have some memory problems. Their rooms are just too small. My parents have a king-sized bed, and they would want to move it. The rooms were just too small so we scratched it off the list only because of that reason. Everything is 5 there except for the…
