CriticalBeautiful property/lacking in care
The property is beautiful. However, resident care is not what we hoped it would be. My mom was there only 10 days. She was not showered, her laundry only done after several requests. The food she was given was not stellar. Soggy sandwiches and very small servings. When her conditions worsened, her medications were not logged, nor were they administered as needed. Lots of confusion around the location of her meds, which caused more pain. Still waiting for a refund that was promised in the middle of September. O…

The management team has recently almost completely changed, so I can't really speak with much knowledge about the future group.
