PositiveFood and presentation is very good in quality and flexibility of menu items. Apartment size while initially judged as quite small really appears quite adequate, as residents are encouraged to get out and spend their time doing things outside their rooms. From what [name removed] tells me and I observed the staff are very caring, friendly, competent and available without seems to be intrusive. Facility appears very clean and in very good repair.

PositiveThe staff at Willow Crossing are all wonderful. They must have a fantastic screening process because everyone we have interacted with has been kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make the residents and their families feel supported. My father doesn't participate in many activities, but that is his choice—not because there is a lack of offerings. There are plenty of activities available for residents to enjoy. The facility is also very clean and well maintained. I do feel the foo…

PositiveThe nursing staff is very good. Not surprisingly, the daily care staff (not sure what term they use) is uneven: sometimes they're terrific and sometimes they are quite underwhelming. I'm sensitive to how hard that job is and how hard it is to find and retain people to do that difficult job of caring for people with dementia.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is exceptional each and every day. From top to bottom they take care of any and all needs. Everyone is kind, caring, and loving. They honestly never cease to amaze me. The facility is quite pretty and always clean. My mom's visitors are always impressed by its appearance. There are activities all day every day and the staff always welcomes any suggestions of new ideas. They offer trips to shops and restaurants regularly and even transportation to doctors visits if needed. If there is a need that you may h…

PositiveWonderful place, just not the right placement for my father. Caring and responsive staff. Residents appeared happy.

CriticalFeeling of Community. My father moved to Willow Crossing and Mansfield, Massachusetts. The whole area is like its own community/neighborhood and it's very quiet. My dad's apartment has an outside patio that overlooks the woods and is very pleasant. The staff there is absolutely incredible and they know everyone's name. They're all very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. In [Date Removed] the cost went up 10%, which was very startling for our family. The food is not prepared in house and we feel the quality could …
