The staff all learned my father's name from the moving time. [name removed] who offered the initial tour was wonderful and responsive. The process was very easy in obtaining a room. The atmosphere is active and fun. I am grateful that I found this for my father.

The staff is on top of everything. They are always cleaning the halls, the residents' rooms, according to my brother, who is a resident there. His bathroom is always kept clean and his bed is made on a daily basis along with his other areas are vacuumed regularly. The food is exceptionally delicious. The meals are on a gourmet level, but they also have simple dishes if you want to eat light. There is always some type of activity that fits a resident's activity level and also have some sort of entertainment weekly. …

It was not the best experience when I arrived. There was a director having a meltdown because she thought she would have to do the tour herself. She left and then she came back again, saying how she couldn’t do the tour so I went and sat down and waited for the Director of sales. The tour with sales person was great. She’s very informative. She showed me all the great things very imaginative. I had a great time with the sales person.

All I can say is the caretakers were very nice but I went there several times a week to check on my dad and I felt that was necessary. Was disappointed in some of the situations that occurred especially not answering the call bell and the care my dad received after falling.

The staff was attentive answered all our questions. Residents looked happy ,facility well kept and clean.

They are very accommodating and pleasant. Rooms are a nice size. Large screen TVs, nice size bathroom, a refrigerator in your room to store snacks. Everyday a different activity is offered.
