I visited this facility

I went to visit the Court of Saint James. The tour was good. It was just a place that was very outdated. The hallways were very small. It was not my type of living. There's nothing included in the apartment. You have to bring everything. The place was just awful and it had a smell, so I didn't like the place. The staff who gave the tour was very nice and helpful though. She showed me a couple of rooms.

Juniper Village at Lebanon had everything that I was looking for. The rooms might be a touch on the small side layout. There's only a kitchenette. It doesn't offer a full kitchen, because they serve all the meals, but they have a common kitchen that you're able to use if you want to bake or cook something. They have laundry machines that you can use yourself or you can pay to have the laundry done for you. You get housekeeping at an additional charge. The staff was very nice. For the price, it was go…

Court of Saint James was a clean and very friendly place. It's very well maintained and well kept. They gave you the paperwork to fill out and told you what number you would be. When somebody moves out, the number goes down. Then you get closer to getting an apartment there. The staff has a good personality. They are very friendly, outgoing, and willing to accommodate you in any way they can. The dining room looks nice, updated, and clean. They have an inside parking lot.

I am very impressed with the Court of Saint James. I want to move in there. They have one and two-bedroom apartments. Nothing's available immediately, but they have turnover as with most living places. Some people move out because they get to a point where they need assisted living or full care units. The facilities were very nice. The apartments were bigger than most of the units that I've looked at for seniors. The kitchens were extremely small, but they had everything in them. The good thing about the …

Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend it. It is very nice, clean, the people are friendly and it's quiet. If I had to downsize again, this would be the place to look into. I have told friends already and recommended it them. I can walk to the center of town, parking is great. They do a good job of snow plowing.

We are interested in the Court of Saint James. It was very good, very nice, and affordable. We looked at two bedroom apartments, and they were very nice, spacious, and clean. They were in the process of renovating it, but it looked very nice. We like the Court of Saint James. The facility was very nice. From the independent living ones we looked at where everything is included, I would say this facility was the best. They impressed me very much.
