PositiveMy mom has been living in the facility over 10 months now. I want to write this review to show how appreciated I am for the good care that have given to my mom. I especially wanted to appreciate Ms Chin, the first person I met and show me the place 10 months ago. She was very helpful and extremely kind to provide me with all the informations. She help me settled my mom and Ms Chin was always there when I needed help! She was definitely one of the most important reason why I felt confident to choose this place too c…

CriticalI had an extremely disappointing experience with Crescent Nursing Facility in Richmond, Texas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and caring environment for their loved ones. Inattentive and Inadequate Staff: The staff at this facility seems overwhelmed, inattentive, and undertrained. There were numerous occasions when my concerns and requests were ignored, and my loved one’s needs were not met in a timely manner. The lack of attentiveness was evident in their approach to patient care,…

CriticalOur family was there when a patient had been died, the police and coroner came after the ambulance left the body. This is a dangerous place to seek nursing care, they simply do not care and just getting their big checks. All the nurses were looking dumbfounded and clueless and running scared. They are not held responsible it seems. But somebody needs to make them answer for poor piss nursing department. They do not answer call lights and always have a lie or excuse on what takes so long.

CriticalI have been at The Crescent for only 4 days. I was admitted on a Saturday so I knew nothing much would be done until Monday. It is currently Tuesday late at night. I repeatedly had to ask for meals. I was told my info was loaded in their system but the information had not been relayed to the kitchen. The food was stone cold almost every time, room temp at best. The written info regarding services available, phone numbers, meals etc is very poorly written, contains typos and outdated information making things very c…

PositiveI must say that I am quite surprised to see negative reviews for this facility. My Aunt's experience there was truly superb. Following her hospitalization, our family was very concerned about her future health, but immediately we were impressed by this facility's care and concern given to her. I witnessed her admittance and immediate checkups by qualified and compassionate staff members, and as I live close nearby had been able to check with her almost daily. When admitted, she required a wheelchair, and …
