★★★★★
PositiveGreat staff, very accommodating and good listeners. Availability was the primary reason as well as room size, bigger than most. I would recommend but if there are medical conditions of the resident, you have to stay on top of them until they onboard their medical care. Can take time and effort on the part of family. Not very proactive at facility. The check lists provided by A place For Mom we're wonderful and really helped with the tours.
★★★★★
PositiveVery impressed with the facility and staff. Everyone seemed happy in their job and worked together without complaint

PositiveStaff was always helpful and responsive. Mom needed more care than most other residents and they fulfilled her needs for care. Lots of activities, even though mom didn't participate very much. Food was good, not exceptional. Campus was always clean and housekeeping did a good job in her apartment. The 1 bedroom apartment was quite roomy and nice layout.

PositiveExperiences beginning from first tour have been exceptional. Staff is caring, spends time with residents, aware of their preferences in food, activities, etc. I've observed residents, no matter where they are in the building, called by their preferred names and helped with everything. When I bring items to my Mother. Staff offer help, maintenance comes to lunch to ask each resident if they need anything done. Facility is clean no matter time of day. Appropriate nursing care, when needed, is available 24 hours a day…

PositiveVery welcoming, clean, and homey feeling! It seems that they take their staff and workers and residence seriously and as if they were family, the dining area is very lovely!
