We really enjoyed it so far. There are a lot of activities and everyone is really nice. The only downside was some miscommunication from a newer employee and they've had a handful of turnover on the executive level but so far the changes the new team members have made to have been really great. The staff communicates well and overall we are happy with our move.

the staff is wonderful. the food is outstanding and everyone just takes care of us and makes things special for us! everything her is exceptional. i have lived here for seven years and cannot say enough good things about it!

I initially spent a lot of time with marketing rep to get a better overall understanding of the assisted living and memory care centers concept with a specific interest in how person with dementia is cared for as they move through the changes in their disease. We only had a short time for a tour. The two-bedroom assisted living unit model was very nice. By comparison, the memory care center unit was very small and depressing to me. Terrible experience

A propped-up facade designed to display a level of quality and care that is charged for, but never delivered. Priority seems to be placed on finding new ways to collect additional fees, in a disturbing "bait and switch" style of business, rather than delivering actual care. You are told "All she has to do is press this button and someone will be there to help". In reality, you are not informed that help may take 15-30 minutes to arrive, which in some cases can be the difference between life and death. Understaffe…

1-2 hr wait at lunch/dinner

Staff including management and front desk turn over very, very quickly. 2-3 directors a year since opening. kitchen staff CONSTANTLY leaving. Residents often wait 1-2 hours for food to hit the table. Sometimes buffet because of no servers. This food is not tasty at all. Other independent living places allow the chef on site to determine recipes and meals. The Enclave’s are all corporate recipes. Lovely building and grounds. Lots of bugs and gopher infestation. Friendly staff. Terrible dining experience. Often 1 server for entire dining room. Frequently up to an hour wait for food to be served. Food qualify has become terrible since previous chef left. New dining management very poor.
