The facilities are nice, we are in a,2 bedroom unit 2 bath, kitchen. The meals are up and down. Having some problems keeping dining staff. Have a new CEO, just on job this week. Convenient to 2 major hospitals. Maintenance is well taken care of. Friendship is good.

CriticalBeautiful Community with Great Activities, but Management Turnover and Food Quality Are Concerns
First, the positives... it's a lovely, attractively appointed place. Decor throughout the facility is nice and well kept. Her apartment is perfect for her. Staff in the dining room are courteous, kind, and accommodating. The facility is clean and grounds are attractive. My mother is on the independent side of the facility, so I can't speak to the care of those in the assisted side. [name removed] and [name removed] at the reception desk are excellent. The activities are great. Mom loves bingo and the music programs…

Staff is great. They keep up the place well but it could be a little cleaner. The meal service takes a long time but I think they like the food in general. The room cleaning is good as is maintenance. They don't do activities and the transport is sort of restrictive for appointments because they don't do activities a lot of activities! They do like it better than [community removed] in Leander and the staff cares more for sure.

Residents were”out and about” and staff were consistently interacting with residents with respect and kindness. The apartments we visited were in good condition, very clean, and the floor plans were well thought out. Very pleased with the experience and information provided.
