The Estates at West End

I would recommend them to anybody

The food was really good. I only had it once, but Richard enjoyed the food. They are when he could eat. He didn't go to a lot of the activities cause he was too sick but their staff and everyone was very friendly and very helpful and if I have to go to an assisted-living, I have really thought about going there.

The place overall is decent. The people were friendly and engaging, and the nurse staff was friendly and helpful. They kept the facility pretty clean overall, but I noticed that sometimes when I would come see my mom, her room was a little messy. There would be food particles on the floor, small bits of trash, or half-eaten food containers sitting around. I pretty much cleaned up every time I went there. Staff very nice. Resident was very complimentary of the facility. They knew the names of residents. Unfortunately, my Mom cannot afford it. If she had money, this would be the perfect place.

Friendly staff keep residents involved in everyday activities

We like the Friendliness - Convenience - Activities and yes we would most definitely recommend this community to other families.

Basic needs are met. Cost with extras jumped over $[removed]. People and staff very helpful. Will continue to look.

The Estates at West End

The staff is very attentive and helpful. I have not run across a staff member who is not willing to speak or help in any capacity. If they don't have an answer, they have walked around with me to find someone who could help. On the day of move in, one of the ladies from the cafeteria assisted me with getting the cart of furniture upstairs to my loved ones room.
