Positive#The staff/care are very friendly! #My Mom loves the food. It is restaurant style. #The apartment size is good, except they don't have a kitchenette in them. My Mom has a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and table in her room and there is plenty of room. We brought in a mini frig and tea pot. I have seen microwaves in some of the other rooms. # It is always clean. # I am there at least 2-3 times a week and it is always clean and friendly.

PositiveThe monthly cost quoted during interview, was not the same when we signed the contract. It had increased [Amount Removed] If I had not already moved my sister in, I might have considered another facility. Staff: The week day people were very helpful with moving large pieces into my sister room. The room size is great, and clean as is the whole facility. Activities are wonderful. PositiveFrom the moment you walk into Charter, you can feel the warmth and care that sets it apart from other ALFs. The community is clean, beautifully maintained and feels like a home. The Staff are truly the heart of this community. Compassionate, professional, and attentive, they go above and beyond each day to ensure, not just my mother, but every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for. What truly elevates this community is the Executive Director. Danielle's passion for senior care is undeniable. She leads wit…

PositiveMy mom is a resident. It is close to my house. The rooms are big, and the people are nice. The services available are cleaning, nursing, activities, and monitoring. They have a hair salon. They have a coffee and fruit area, and they have cookies, too. I think they're doing a great job. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, the meals seem cafeteria-style in quality.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff/ administration very helpful. When I needed assistance with a wheelchair, monitoring her snacking, washing a blanket when it was not her scheduled day they were there.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose this facility because of the location. ratings and cost. The staff have been very responsive to family. One challenge has been coordinating medication management with the facility's doctor who makes changes that aren't always aligned with her community based specialists assessments and not in her best interest.
