I like the seclusion of The Greens at Logan Field. I think it was a very nice facility. It was clean. It seemed to be nice, quiet, and peaceful there. You had an option of a washer and dryer. They also had a community room, which I probably won't be needing that much; however, it was nice to know that I have that option. I like the location and the peace and quiet of the place. The Greens at Logan Field looks like it's a nice place. I was impressed with them. I got the application and have filled it out. They have a waiting list which is fine with me. The residents and the people there were very pleasant. One of the ladies was going inside and she said "Would you like to see my room?" Lovely, without the bed bugs.

I read all of the reviews online about this place having bed bugs, but I noticed that the reviews were posted when the building was owned by another company. I've never had bed bugs, but I needed a place to stay and this seemed like a good deal. So I decided to move in myself and try it out. I was told that my unit was clean and had new carpet and had been cleared of any bugs or pest or problems. I check out the unit myself and it looks beautiful! Nice place at first but every change they make makes our rent still up and now that they are under new ownership nothing has changed especially if you desire to move out before your lease is up you will still have to pay rent for the months from when you leave until your lease Runs Out. This subject is never mentioned when you sign your lease. Where do they think seniors are going to come up with thousands of dollars so they can move out to a place tell them to have do more dollars to spend on themselves. Don't put…

Still Getting Adjusted

I'am doing pretty well with my move to this community. It has been an adjust, but this is a nice facility.There is some room for improvement. However the staff is kind, and have been helpful when. It is still a work in progress for me in this community.
