My Mom has only been there for a month but so far she likes it. The apartment wasn't ready on the date we were supposed to move in but they fixed the issue immediately. They are responsive when I reach out to them. Harmony is clean from what I see. There are situations when I've seen occupants have accidents but that's expected. They cleaned up after them immediately. My mother said there is a lady whose A/C hasn't worked for weeks. I don't know all the details but if that is the case they need to fix that immediat…
