CriticalI was there from 11/6/25 to 11/21/25. One of the worse experience in my life. I was place there from a hospital stay. The director come to the hospital to tell all about Height Summerin Faclity then came back the next day to let me know that my insurance approved to be placed there. Will I got to the facility on 11/6/25 about 10pm. The next day wh we n everything went down hill. They first put me in a room with a person who had some real mad mental issue, they forgot to bring lunch then try to give me a sandwich in…

CriticalI wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. My father in law was, unfortunately, a resident for almost six weeks. Within 24 hours he had fallen twice because no one answered his call light when he had to go to the bathroom. When I called to speak with the "Charge Nurse" to find out what we could do moving foward to keep him safe I was told to "Shut My Damn Mouth" by a member of the staff. He was told in the presence of a hired (BY US) caregiver to not call to go to the bathroom, just to &…

CriticalI AM SOOOO DISGUSTED AND dissatisfied with facility. They only care about how much the state is going to give them for the bed, they match however much the patients social security is along with receiving money for each and every covid 19 death(not 100% positive if this also pertains to just having the virus). They did not tell the patients(@least my family member they didn't) about the lock down,no visitors, they took the phone away, none of our family members could talk about to our beloved family member who was …

PositiveI was a patient for 20 days. Really did not know what to expect after some bad experiences at another facility. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is incredible - genuinely very caring, kind, and positive. The nurses were right on top of my care, the busy CNA's were very helpful, the PT staff were amazingly patient with me and others, the business staff were informative. One thing I noticed is they treated each other as friends. The food was much better than I've had in hospitals. Another surprise was …

CriticalNurses and Nursing Assistants work hard to care for patients. The doctor and charge nurses are cruel. My family member had a new injury within 24 hours of arriving at the "Heights of Summerlin." It has been 5 days since my family member has been there & NO-ONE knows her physical status. Marlin S. does not do anything to comfort patients.

CriticalI was called to pick up a patient who was being discharged. I arrived at the facility and after signing in I went to her room. She was in the hallway waiting for the nurse to finish the discharge papers ... her nurse was in another room taking a 15 minute break eating some food and when I approached her to ask her to finish up with the paperwork "I am on a 15 minutes break" and I have been here since 6:30 a.m. Rude ... RUDE ... I went over to the desk where there were 4 employees where I asked if someone …
