★★★★★
PositiveGreat facility. The dining area in memory care was a bit chaotic. Any staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. We were t able to see an independent room as they are all full. [name removed] was very knowledgeable in sharing information.
★★★★★
PositiveThe Highlands is a beautiful facility and we were very impressed with it. The staff was so attentive and informative. They offer so many activities for the people who live there in the memory care area, and the rooms were beautiful. It really felt like a home for the residents.

PositiveBasically 5s across them all. After 2 no injury falls, a 3 plus day stay in hospital, dad went back to his apt w/ hospice care. The staff at Highlands went above & beyond to care for him in his final days. They were gentle, took time to explain to him what they were doing, all this while he was "sleeping". They even were caring to us, his family, providing for our needs! From admin to maintenence, nurses to caregivers they all looked in on dad, & us. Also VERY large compared to the time my mother lived there. Definitely recommended for the upper-class applicant. As I recall my mother lived in assisted living and her room was rather small compared to the same kind of rooms in the current facility.

PositiveAs we plan for future Senior Living, the tour of The Highlands was very pleasant and informative. [name removed] shared extensive information and answered all of our questions. The facilities are attractive and inviting both inside and out. In addition to the apartments, the facilities offered comfortable areas for numerous activities - open and extensive library, piano for residents’ use, plus a variety of programs and committees. Pool and fitness center and salon are on site. We enjoyed a tasty lunch from a vari…
