The Indigo at Bartlett

Highly recommended

She's been there a week and is doing so much better. She is back to herself before she was admitted she has Alzheimer's, but she still can hold a decent conversation even if she may not know who you are or what time we're at. it's just so good to finally see that her diabetes are back under control and she's with people that actually care for her. I would highly recommend Indigo at Bartlett.

In the 3.5 years my mom has been at Indigo, it changed owership/management 3X. Currently, half the staff is consistently from agency's, both caregivers and nurses. The activity director quit 3 months ago with no replacement and very few activities beyond the residents watching TV. The food is mediocre at best. The DON is basically non existent, doesn't direct her staff, and doesn't hold them accountable for inattentive and doing the bare minimum work. There are a handful of excellent caregivers that …

I visited this facility

I toured The Indigo at Bartlett. It was modern. The bedroom was very nice, and it comes furnished, so I didn't have to pay extra for that. The facility was pretty clean. The people seemed knowledgeable and helpful. They have a nice walking track, but the main thing was the price. The person who assisted me with the tour was very good. Disappointing and not worth the money

This facility has been taken over 3x since I had my mom here Activities are non existent - they sit them in front of you tube. Food is improving slightly but awful when it was Chapters They can’t seem to keep a director of nursing Caregivers are overworked. A few are awesome and have the heart for caring for these residents (. Namely [name removed] and [name removed]) I need to keep on them to do laundry and keep her Room clean. The facility is lovely but it’s all for show.
