There are certain things I can't comment on because my dad never actually moved into the facility. We had signed a lease, but unfortunately, he passed away before he was able to move in. I'll share what I can based on my experience. My primary experience was with the leasing agent, and she was very helpful and friendly. I recently just visit my aunt at the James. I loved my Aunt unit and how updated the appliances were. Everybody was so friendly when I walked in the building staff and residence. My aunt really loves living at James because she has made friends and has some activities for her socialization. I 100% recommend the James to any buddy 55 and older looking for a great community.

They’re just recently visited my aunt who lives at the James. This was the first time that I had visited her since you moved and I was impressed and how modern apartment was. When I become the right age, I would definitely think about moving in here.
