CriticalOverall very good with some areas that need attention
We are only two months in and though many things are going well, there are still significant glitches with medications, and communication with the nurse practitioner and with nursing. My parent's medical situation is complex for assisted living. It has been difficult to get these mistakes fixed consistently. The administration has been very responsive and concerned. So things are slowly getting better. The quality and attitudes of the nursing staff and the care partners have been variable. Some have been excellent…

CriticalIf a prospective resident is a severe chronic pain management patient as I am, the admissions staff will probably not even consider you. It is highly unfortunate, and extremely prejudicial, that a person with managed Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia, with a flawless record of medication responsibility is summarily denied admission solely for HAVING Musculoskeletal Pain. . Although I can say nothing bad about The Kensington 14K per month for any care facility in the US is too much. So I think I am more disappointed in the American care system than anything else. Absolutely loved the facility and the care they gave my mother.
