PositiveThe Laurels of Greentree Ridge had a fabulous nursing staff. We had one little nurse who just catered to my mother-in-law the whole time she was there. They were very attentive. She had a private room there, and she really liked that. She did not participate in any activities because at that time she was really struggling physically. The meals were really good. They did substitute because my mother-in-law is a diabetic, so they were very cautious of that. My mother-in-law, in the past, had had swelling problems in …

CriticalLoved one sent for post-knee replacement care. First night was given no pain meds overnight, attributed to the way orders were written. so, the Dr made two doses of pain meds PRN. Second night, nurse refused to give pain meds PRN and was angry at being asked. Berated my loved one for having used the call button three times… Control of pain is one of the primary reasons my loved one is there. Second reason is PT and assistance in walking, which was not provided. Very disappointing.

PositiveMy mother has been in and out of snfs for over a year. I WISH we had found this one first. Haven lived through nightmare facilities, I can honestly say my mom was in the cream of the crop when it comes to snfs. The rooms are relatively large and roomy. My mother had a wonderful view of the courtyard where we placed a bird feeder. My mother’s needs were met by staff that were genuinely vested in her mental and physical wellbeing. I absolutely have not one negative thing to say about this facility. The staff, from th…

CriticalCalled several times to try and get info about their facility. Never received a call back, I have had to keep calling. Once I finally reached C**** I was told she "doesn't admit anyone straight in for long term care". I am having a hard time believing this. She haphazardly said there would be a years wait list. (I had to pump her full of questions to even get her to admit they have a wait list). The compassion and helpfulness is a horrible.

PositiveThe staff was great to our mother, and to us as a family. Although they were short staffed they did a wonderful job at keeping us updated and her on track with her goals. Bless each and everyone of you!

CriticalHorrible place. My friend's mom loved getting her hair done but now the stylist is gone and this place has no redeeming value. They don't treat people properly so no one wants to stay.
