PositiveThe Lorelton has a friendly, safe feel to it.
The Lorelton staff is friendly. Everyone you pass greets you. They are very kind to my father (a resident). I would say the weakest area is communication. People show up at my dad’s apartment without really explaining why they are there; who they are; or what is happening next. Since my father has his full mental capacities, this is very disturbing to him.

I toured the assisted living facility of The Lorelton in Wilmington. It's very clean, and everybody's very welcoming. The ladies in the office were very helpful, too. They gave me some recommendations and things I could do for my mom, even if she wasn't going there, and I appreciated that. They were very kind. The place is pretty beautiful. The dining area looked spacious and nice. I'm not sure what activity was going on, but there were a bunch of people gathered there. They have movie nights an…
