PositiveStaff was very kind and caring
I recently spent several months at The Madison after an injury for physical therapy. The physical and occupational therapists were very kind and patient and they kept me motivated and positive throughout my therapy. They carefully evaluated my status and were quick to change the course of my therapy when needed. The best therapists I’ve ever had. Some of the staff do not wear badges. Per the state law, all employees should wear badges. When you ask them to wear one they think you are wrong of asking them. I told them I wanted to see the badge. Anyone can walk into your room and you will not know who it is. Then your loved ones are in danger. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and the staff think they are in control of your health (missing giving some of medication for 4 days and checking my glucose levels ). Some of staff does not wear badges. Per the state law all employees should wear badges. When you ask them to wear one they think you are wrong of asking them . Anyone can walk into your room and you will not know who it is. Then your loves ones is in dangerous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and the staff think they are in control of your health (missing giving medication) . The Executive Director is RUDE not professional. They miss taking residents vital signs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVERS THERE if you loves them.
