The Mansion on Main was beautiful, but they only offer studio apartments. It looked like the care was going to be excellent. They had a lot of amenities. The staff was very polite and very knowledgeable. I haven't tried the food, but the residents I talked to said it was really good. It was very, very clean. They had nurses 24/7. They had exercise, a library, and excellent places to be able to go outside and walk. The biggest thing was that I had an appointment, but it took a little while for someone to get to…

I liked The Mansion on Main. Because it was historic, they couldn't put carpeting on the main hall. So, it was a little noisy, but you can't hold that against them. The staff was wonderful. I liked the way the apartments were. I looked at the size of the one that I would want, and I liked the way that those were decorated. It was furnished and it was nice, but I wasn't crazy that there wasn't any carpeting on the floor.

The Mansion on Main is a gorgeous place. The staff was welcoming. The girl who did my tour was super nice. The facility was fabulous, but for my mom, it's too much walking. It's a very large place with a lot of amenities and a lot of opportunities for activities. If my mom were 10, 15 years younger, she would love it. The Mansion on Main is very open and clean. I'm planning to move to their assisted living. The place used to be a shirt factory, so they have a lot of room there. The hallways are open and wide and have hardwood floors. I'm in a wheelchair, so it makes it easy for me to get around. The people that I dealt with when I went over to visit the facility were very accommodating and had a lot of information for me, with a lot of ideas on how to live in my new accommodations. My home is a true blessing Since January of 2023 the Mansion On Main Street in New Albany, Indiana has been my home! A little heaven on earth! Comfortable apartment, great food and dining, helpful friendly staff and loads of entertainment! Have made some wonderful friends and couldn’t be more pleased. Come visit us anytime!
